HOW OUR JUNK REMOVAL PROCESS WORKS
1) Call/Text us at (203) 605-2189 or email us at edmont@thejunkdefenders.com to set up an appointment. You may also use those two options to send us photos of the items you're looking to have hauled away and we will do our best to provide an estimate based off those photos.

2) We will then schedule a day & time. We will also contact you 15-30 minutes from arrival to your home. That way you know that we're on our way. There is always constant communication throughout the entire process.
3) We will arrive to either handle your free on-site estimate or ready to work on the job we have already quoted prior to arrival.
4) After you have agreed on the estimate, in many cases we can take the items right then or we will arrive on a date and time that was agreed on. Again, we will notify you when we are 15-30 minutes from arrival. We will arrive ready to work and taking care of the items that we are there to remove carefully. When the job is completed , we accept all forms of payments. We thrive to provide you an easy and enjoyable experience from the first call to completion.
